The positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system is mainly composed of a feeding device, a sending warehouse pump, pipelines, valves, a bottom dust removal device, a bottom gasification device, a bottom discharge device, a power source, a program control device, etc. The structure is fully automatic  PLC intelligent control, manual switching is also possible, easy to operate and maintain.
 The positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system is one of the commonly used conveying equipment for conveying granular, powdery, and massive materials. It mainly uses compressed air as the conveying medium, adopts forced pneumatic conveying, and relies on a closed pressure vessel as a transmitter.  The source pressure is 0.5Mpa-0.7Mpa, and the operating pressure is 0.3Mpa-0.5Mpa. The sending tank can only adopt intermittent conveying mode, and the conveying distance can reach more than 1000 meters.  The material is transported in the pipeline at a low speed, in a dune state, fluidized or agglomerated state, with high transport efficiency and good transport quality.  Transportation energy consumption is much lower than its form of pneumatic conveying system. The energy consumption per ton of conveying volume is 1.5kw per 100 meters, which is about 65% of other forms of pneumatic conveying system.
 1. Feeding stage
 The feed valve and exhaust valve are opened, and the material falls freely into the pump body. When the material is full, the level indicator sends a signal, and the feed valve and exhaust valve are automatically closed to complete the feeding process;
 2. Fluidized pressurization stage
 Open the intake valve, the compressed air enters the upper and bottom of the pump body, the upper part is pressurized, and the lower air diffuses and passes through the fluidized bed, so that the material is in a fluidized state, and the pressure inside the pump rises;
 3. Delivery status
 When the pressure in the pump reaches a certain value, the pressure gauge or pressure switch sends out a signal, the discharge valve opens automatically, the fluidization of the material on the fluidized bed is strengthened, and the conveying starts, the material in the pump gradually decreases, and the material on the fluidized bed at this time  Always in the state of fluidizing and conveying;
 4. Purge phase
 When the material in the pump is delivered and the pressure drops to the resistance of the pipeline, the pressure gauge or pressure switch will send out a signal, the ventilation will continue for a certain period of time, the compressed air will sweep the pipeline, and then the intake valve will be closed. After a period of time, the discharge valve is closed and the feed is opened  Valve, complete a conveying cycle.
