Q1:Are you manufacture or trading company?
A1:We are factory, established in 2003.

Q2: Wonder if you accept small orders?
A2: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us .in order to get more orders and give our clients more convener ,we accept small order.

Q3: What's your payment terms ?
A3: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT,30% deposit in advance, balance 70%  before shipment.   

Q4: How long is your delivery time?
A4:7-10 days for the stock, 15-30 days for the mass production. 

Q5: How can I place the order?
A5: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After finished production need you pay  balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.

Q6: When can I get the quotation ?
A6: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation.Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

Q7: How long is the warranty? Does your company supply the spare parts?
A7:One year. Spare parts for you at lowest cost.

Q8:How can I be convinced of the quality of your products?
A8:We can send samples to you for free for testing, and you can place an order after passing the test.

Q9:What do you do about after-sale service?
A9:After the arrival of goods, timely ask customers for feedback on the quality of goods.
After the customer has used the goods for a period of time, ask the customer about the use situation.
