Production Description:
Heat resistant conveyor belt mainly used for high temerature materials, such as casting and sinker, hot coke, cement clinker. Belt carcass can be high modulus low shrinkage EP fabric that is protected with modified SBR or EPDM cover comounds which have excellent thermal stability.

SR-Heat resistant belt can bear average 220°c, and withstand temporary peak temperatura up to 400°c.  For further details please contact us.
EP belt is the combination of Polyester in warp and Nylon in weft.

Coal mine, Electric power plant, Steel, Chemistry, Metallurgy etc.

Feature:
- Excellent function of high temperature resistance, heat aging resistance, and ozone aging resistance prevent the cracking caused by early aging.
- Excellent weather resistace under nature conditions of sunlight , wetness and cold. When the belt is exposed to the sunlight for three years, no cracking appears.
- Excellent chemical resistance, excellent performance when dipping in the fluid of temperature 100 degrees either 50% NaOH or H_²SO_⁴.
- Special rubber compound can prolong the belt life.
