 Buffer Bed(Impact roller)
Products feature:

1. Material: Carbon steel frame, UHMWPE surface and rubber impact bed

2. Application: Td75, DTII, DTIIA, or process according to customer drawing.

3. Buffering bed with adjustable angle size: 30° , 35° And 45° , could be customized.
 

Advantages:

1. Buffering bar material is UHMWPE, smooth surface and with good wear-resisting. Compare to rubber impact rollers with longer life time

2. The high elastic rubber in middle of buffering bar slow down the material impact force efficiently, so to protect the conveyor belt when material drops.

installation from side of conveyor. And the buffering bar can be replaced singly of jointly by unscrew the bolts.
