This soft package conveyor line includes flat belt conveyor, inclined belt conveyor, and roller conveyor.The roller conveyor is special. The roller should be square roller which is suitable for soft package. Please see the picture as following.
The roller material, roller dimension are customized according to your convey goods.
As to the belt conveyor, the belt material is PVC. The dimension is customized according to your products. In the picture, it depends on roller to support the belt. We also have another type. It is flat sheet to support the belt. When the weight of the convey goods is light, we will use flat sheet to support the belt. If the weight of the convey goods is heavy, we will use roller to support the belt.
The following picture is inclined belt conveyor. This kind belt is with pattern belt. It is more anti-slip than flat belt.
