2.Welcome to vist our factory and dicuss face to face about packing solution and testing machines. After-sale service 1.Installing and Training services: We will train your engineer to install our machine. Your engineer can come to our factory or we dispatch our engineer

3.Trouble shooting service: Some times if you can not fix the problem in your country, our engineer will go there if you need us to support.Of course, you need to afford the round trip flight ticket and accommodation fee.
4.Spare Parts replacement: For machine in guarantee period, if spare part are broken, we will send you the new parts free and we will pay the express fee.

We usually use fumigation-free wooden boxes for packaging, which can ensure that the machine is not damaged during transportation. If it is a large machine, if it is directly transported in the whole cabinet, we will wrap the machine with a protective film.

Whole machine 1year. In warranty period, We will send the part free to replace the one that is broken.
Q:What's the Payment terms?
We can accept T/T and L/C, you can tell you which way you can pay before payment, and we will try our best to satisfy you.

We usually guide the installation and provide after-sales service through video calls. If you need on-site service, you need to bear some costs, and the specific costs can be negotiated.
