1. The appearance of idlers should be carefully checked for serious knock and damage before use. The rotating idlers should be flexible and free from jam.

2. The installation distance of idlers shall be determined by scientific calculation according to the type of logistics and the transport capacity of the conveyor, so as to avoid too sparse or too dense installation.
